Your Footsies are suitable flat surfaces such as cement, glass, marble, wood, vinyl, tile or any other surface without texture to avoid damaging the microfiber fabric on your Footsies.

We recommend washing them before the first use. The product is both hand and machine washable. A water temperature of 30 degree centigrade is recommended to achieve the best result. Don’t use bleach, the chemicals in breach seriously damage the fabric. You can safely dry your Footsies on the drying machine on low heat or air dry for best shelf life.

For better fit and stability, we recommend wearing your Footsies on top of your shoes. Gently slip in your shoe to your Footsies and glide away! Be careful when using stairs and do not run or jump while using your Footsies.

The delivery time is between 8 to 12 business days.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You will have to pay for the return and will be refund in 15 days after we receive the parcel.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@ezclean.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
